A comprehensive understanding of mergers and acquisitions, partnership agreements, and corporate governance is essential. Candidates should possess a Maryland bar license; additional bars, including D.C., are a bonus.

Experience Required:

We also work with governing boards, so understanding by-laws and board governance dynamics is important. Candidates should possess a Maryland bar license; additional bars, including D.C., are a bonus.
