Pallavi Kachoria has been practicing law for 8 years and focuses on estate planning and administration and corporate matters. Pallavi counsels and guides her clients through the estate planning as well the probate and administration process and she prepares, reviews and negotiates business contracts, deeds, leases and several other types of agreements to help her clients achieve their business goals. Prior to joining RKW, she was a litigator practicing throughout Maryland and DC where she represented clients in civil and domestic matters. Pallavi clerked for the Honorable Harry C. Storm in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County as well as the Honorable Maxine E. McBean in the D.C. Contract Appeals Board.

She works tirelessly to understand all facets of her cases and aims to develop a strong relationship with each client. A thorough understanding of the law, effective argument, civility, and professionalism allow her to produce positive results for her clients.
Prior to starting a second career in law, Pallavi had several years of experience as a business and technology consultant in which her clients were small businesses, large corporations, and federal government agencies. She was exposed to many different industries including telecommunications, finance, health, and education. Pallavi has a unique and diverse skillset which allows her to offer a real life perspective to her clients.
