Morgan Dilks is an associate in the firm’s general litigation group. Morgan graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s university in May of 2005 and obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the Mount in 2007. Prior to becoming an attorney, Morgan started his career in financial management, working for several national companies in that capacity. After leaving his last financial management role, Morgan moved on to operate his own small business for five years before returning to school to obtain his law degree. Morgan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2018. In law school, Morgan was an editor of the Law Review and held a seat on its executive board. After graduating from law school, Morgan spent a year clerking for the Honorable Matthew A. Maciarello in the Circuit Courts for Wicomico and Dorchester Counties.
Morgan’s law practice is broad. He serves clients in civil litigation matters, estates and trusts litigation, labor and employment law, corporate matters, landlord/tenant matters, and numerous other areas.
In his spare time, Morgan is active in the Mount Saint Mary’s Rugby Alumni Association, plays golf and soccer, and travels with his wife.
Morgan is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Washington, D.C., the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
